Signing Up & Logging In

One of the first things to notice is that the support desk is now compatible with many existing virtual identities. Facebook, Twitter, and Google logins now provide access to submitting new tickets, checking existing support requests, asking questions or suggesting ideas in the support forums, and commenting on support articles. Even without these logins it is still possible to maintain a user identity via the traditional email and password method.

The sign up process is based on the which methodology is used to access the help desk. For existing supported virtual identities, click the login button on the top right of the screen, and then click the associated virtual identity.
